The silver coin “Canadian Antelope” is the fifth coin of the series “Wild Life” of Canada. It is issued by the Royal Canadian Mint to the size of 1 troy ounce, neatness of the silver 999.9/1000 and is with a limited run of 1 000 000.
The obverse depicts a portrait of Elizabeth II. The external ring of the coin has an inscription „Elizabeth II”, face value of “5 Dollars” and year of release 2013.
The reverse side depicts the figure of an Antelope in full height. The antelope symbolizes the abundance of nature and it inhabits the southern part of Alberta and Saskatchewan, toward the central and the western part of USA, as well as Baja peninsula and parts of North Mexico. The external ring of the coin has an inscription “Canada” and “Fine silver 1 oz argent pur”.
